In her third year, Tyler posted career-highs in both scoring at 3.2 points and rebounds at 3.2 per game. Tyler set a career-high in points with a 14 point effort against Southern Utah on Dec. 9 as she went 5-for-10 from the field including hitting two from distance. In addition to scoring, Tyler posted 18 steals on the perimeter and amassed 10 blocks, third best on the team.<b>2005-06 (SOPHOMORE):</b><br>For the second consecutive season, Tyler played in 27 contests for the Tigers, starting one game in her sophomore season. Coming off the bench for the Tigers, Moran averaged 2.6 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. Tyler led the Tigers to a 70-56 win over Wofford on Dec. 18 as she scored a season-high 11 points after going a perfect 8-for-8 at the free throw line in 20 minutes of work. She went for double-digits again two games later, scoring 10 points against Sonoma State on Dec. 30. In addition to the points, Tyler posted five rebounds in the Tigers' 80-68 win over the Seawolves. Academically, Moran was the lone Tiger to garner Academic All-Conference honors in the first season she was eligible to do so.<b>2004-05 (FRESHMAN):</b><br>Moran appeared in all 27 games in her first season, including four starts. A ball of energy whenever she was on the court, Tyler scored 33 points in her first season at Pacific. Moran tied a season-high with three rebounds and had five points in Pacific's 70-43 loss to UC Santa Barbara on Feb. 17. Tyler notched a season-high nine points on three-of-three from the field and three-of-four from the line in Pacific's 74-48 loss to Long Beach State on Feb. 5. She also set a season-high with three rebounds and tied her mark with two steals in the loss. Tyler made her first start as a Tiger as she scored one point, grabbed her first rebound and tossed out her first assist in Pacific's 61-55 win over Cal State Fullerton on Dec. 30. Moran was a perfect two-of-two from the field as she scored four points and recorded her first steal as a Tiger in just three minutes of action in Pacific's 74-31 loss to Illinois on Dec. 11th.<b>HIGH SCHOOL:</b><br>Tyler graduated from Carmel High School in Carmel, California. In 2004, Tyler led the Padres to a 20-6 record as she averaged 14.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 5.0 steals per game. Following the 2003-04 season, Tyler was named the Padres' team MVP and the Mission Trails Athletic League (MTAL) MVP. A captain of her team as a senior, Moran earned a spot on the Monterey County Herald All-County Team as well as the Salinas Californian All-County Team. As a junior, Moran also earned a spot on the MTAL All-League Team and was the MVP for the Padres.<b>PERSONAL:</b><br>Tyler Moran is the daughter of Terrance and Lydia Moran. Tyler has three brothers, Travis, Parker and Spencer. In her fourth year at Pacific, Tyler is majoring in communication.
